Sections of the Shores have HOA review for exterior changes. We prepare the paperwork, samples, and specifications. Most projects clear HOA within 2 to 4 weeks.
For homes along the Matanzas River and the Shores's waterfront sections, we use coastal-grade materials. Salt air drifts in from the river and coastal inlets, so we spec stainless hardware and marine-grade frames even though these aren't oceanfront lots.
